Rates for delivery vary based on distance from our workshop which is located in South Perth. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout. We are always working on expanding our delivery zones, so if delivery is unavailable to your location, kindly reach out to us.
Delivery Process

How
- Browse our market and select your gift
- Review our terms and conditions prior to placing your order
- Select delivery date, add card message and place order

- Provide all details requested and double check with your recipient they will be available to receipt your gift between our delivery times
- If you have a specific time request, add this to your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate

When
- Our courier will deliver within our set delivery timeframe
- If no one is available to receipt your gift our courier will reach out to the sender on one occasion
- If no suitable option can be found, the order will be returned to store
- The sender will be charged a re-delivery fee for the following day.
Terms & Conditions
Overview
Your satisfaction with our products and business is important to us. Therefore, we have put in place terms and conditions to ensure that we can best meet 'The Senders' expectations and that our terms are agreed to before choosing to place an order.
Our selection of gifts comprises of perishable products, mainly food and flowers. Therefore, we have a limited time window for delivery to ensure they remain of the highest quality.
Our delivery hours are between 12pm-4pm. Deliveries will be made on the selected date, and we will try our best to accommodate any requests that are sent through either at the time of order or 24 hours prior to the date of delivery.
Sender's Responsibility
It is the Sender's responsibility to:
- Provide the correct delivery address at the time of order.
- Ensure that someone will be available to receipt the delivery of our products
- Provide clear delivery instructions to ensure a smooth process, including office floor numbers if it is to a place of work.
- Ensure the recipient is over the age of 18 if ordering a gift that includes alcohol
- Ensure that the place of delivery accepts perishable products. We recommend the sender to check prior to placing an order if the delivery is to a hospital in particular.
- Check our listed ingredients in the product description prior to ordering and ensure that it meets any dietary requirements.
Re-delivery
- The sender agrees to our terms on re-delivery if they are to place an order
- Our courier will attempt to deliver the order, if no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will make contact to discuss options.
- If no suitable options are available, the order will be returned to store, and a re-delivery fee will be charged the following day.
Acknowledgment
The Sender agrees that by viewing our website and placing an order, you understand and agree with our terms and conditions.
