The Experience

Our intention with every Edition is to share something not easily found elsewhere - a gift that carries authenticity and a sense of uniqueness in every detail. 

When designing the Celebration Edition, we envisaged moments of warmth and connection - something that feels thoughtful and complete. We wanted to create something that can be gifted and enjoyed in the moment rather than received and tucked away in the pantry. Something that highlights the magic of how freshly baked handmade food and quality champagne can elevate a celebration and leave a lasting impression. 

Inside the Celebration Edition

Our signature element that is in every edition. Inside you’ll find our two classic flavours:

• Tahini & Dark Chocolate – rich, nutty, and decadent.
• Butter Almond – buttery, delicate, and softly sweet. 

Ricotta & Citrus Sfogliatelle (2)

Indulge in the timeless elegance of Italy with our house-made Sfogliatelle, a unique Italian pastry that originates from Naples. The recipe has been passed down in our co-founder Valeria's family for generations and is a treasured link to her Neapolitan heritage. Filled with sweetened ricotta, semolina & citrus, these have become a crowd-favourite in which we have seen our customers coming back for more. 

Housemade Savoury Crackers (12) & Cheese (2)

Every celebration needs a little something to graze on. We’ve included a hand-baked trio designed for pairing with champagne, cheese, or simply enjoyed on their own:

• Black Pepper & Almond Taralli
• Parmigiano Shortbread
• Chive Crackers

Paired with 1x soft cheese and 1x hard cheese - these are crisp, moreish, and made to bring people together.

Seasonal Fresh Fruit

For freshness and balance, the box includes a selection of seasonal fruit. Bright, vibrant, and locally sourced where possible - it’s the natural counterpoint to the rich and savoury flavours on the table.

Choice of Champagne

Every celebration deserves bubbles - and in the Celebration Edition, you have the choice. For a distinctly local touch, we’ve included Idée Fixe, a Western Australian sparkling that’s elegant, crisp, and crafted close to home. For those who love the classics, Pol Roger offers a taste of Champagne’s premium history - refined, timeless, and steeped in tradition. Whichever you choose, the bottle sets the tone for a celebration that feels truly special.
